I put in a ticket yesterday. No response. I paid 9.99 for another 3 months even though I have a life sub, it still didn't give me access. I'd like the 9.99 back and the account fixed please.

I'm not sure as to why you would purchase another subscription while you have lifetime, but I've refunded all purchases from your registered email.
