I put in a ticket yesterday. No response. I paid 9.99 for another 3 months even though I have a life sub, it still didn't give me access. I'd like the 9.99 back and the account fixed please.

Hello, sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, I was out sick for a few days and unable to respond to tickets in that time.
I'm not sure as to why you would purchase another subscription while you have lifetime, but I've refunded all purchases from your registered email.
